This Policy applies to all users of the Marketplace, including:

By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Violations may result in content removal, order cancellation, account suspension, account termination, legal action, or other enforcement measures.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Marketplace remains:

• Reliable
• Respectful
• Secure

for customers, vendors, logistics providers, payment providers, and other participants.

2. Compliance With Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements.

You may not use the Marketplace to engage in activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors may not list, advertise, offer, or sell products that are illegal or prohibited under applicable law.

Examples may include:

• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit goods
• Fraudulent products
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights
• Products requiring licenses or approvals that the Vendor does not possess
• Products prohibited by government authorities

The Marketplace reserves the right to determine whether a product is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not:

• Upload copyrighted content without authorization
• Use trademarks without permission
• Copy product listings from other parties without authorization
• Infringe patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights

The Marketplace may remove allegedly infringing content without prior notice.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Users may not engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, including:

• Identity fraud
• Payment fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Account takeover attempts
• False representations
• Misleading product claims
• Fake transactions
• Manipulation of order records
• Use of stolen payment credentials

6. Marketplace Manipulation

Users may not manipulate Marketplace systems, including:

• Artificially inflating sales
• Creating fake orders
• Coordinating fake purchases
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain benefits
• Manipulating rankings
• Circumventing Marketplace policies
• Exploiting bugs or system errors

7. False Information

Users may not provide information that is knowingly false or misleading, including:

• Fake names
• False addresses
• False business information
• Incorrect contact information
• Misleading product descriptions
• False inventory information

8. Abuse of Cash on Delivery Services

Customers must use Cash on Delivery services responsibly.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Repeatedly placing orders with no intention of accepting delivery
• Repeatedly refusing valid deliveries
• Intentionally providing inaccurate delivery information
• Repeatedly failing to cooperate with delivery attempts

The Marketplace may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse Cash on Delivery services.

9. Harassment and Abuse

Users may not:

• Harass other users
• Threaten other users
• Intimidate other users
• Use abusive language
• Engage in discriminatory conduct
• Engage in hate speech
• Engage in unlawful harassment

This prohibition applies to communications involving:

• Customers
• Vendors
• Marketplace personnel
• Logistics providers
• Payment providers

10. Security Violations

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Circumvent security controls
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfere with Marketplace infrastructure
• Introduce malicious software
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt credential theft
• Share account credentials

11. Automated Access

Users may not use automated systems to access the Marketplace in a manner that:

• Impairs service availability
• Creates excessive load
• Circumvents technical restrictions
• Harvests data without authorization

Reasonable automated access expressly authorized by the Marketplace may be permitted.

12. Data Collection and Scraping

Users may not:

• Scrape Marketplace content
• Harvest user information
• Collect personal information without authorization
• Build competing databases using Marketplace content
• Use automated tools to collect data from Marketplace services

13. Privacy Violations

Users may not:

• Publish personal information without authorization
• Misuse personal information obtained through Marketplace services
• Use customer information for unrelated marketing activities
• Use vendor information for harassment or abuse

Information obtained through Marketplace services must be used only for legitimate transaction-related purposes.

14. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

• Maintain accurate listings
• Honor accepted orders
• Respond reasonably to customers
• Comply with selected return policies
• Provide truthful product information
• Respect customer privacy
• Comply with applicable laws

Vendors may not:

• Misrepresent products
• Sell counterfeit products
• Manipulate reviews
• Create fake customer accounts
• Submit fraudulent orders
• Interfere with Marketplace operations

15. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Cooperate with legitimate delivery attempts
• Pay for accepted orders according to selected payment methods
• Use Marketplace services in good faith

Customers may not:

• Abuse refund processes
• Abuse cancellation processes
• Submit fraudulent claims
• Submit knowingly false complaints
• Attempt to obtain products without payment

16. Reviews and Feedback

Users may provide reviews and feedback based on genuine experiences.

Users may not:

• Submit fake reviews
• Pay for reviews
• Exchange incentives for reviews without disclosure
• Manipulate ratings
• Impersonate customers

The Marketplace may remove reviews that violate this Policy.

17. Communications

Users may not use Marketplace communications systems to:

• Send spam
• Send unsolicited advertising
• Distribute malware
• Conduct phishing activities
• Conduct scams
• Send unlawful content

18. Interference With Disputes and Investigations

Users may not:

• Destroy evidence relevant to disputes
• Submit false information during investigations
• Interfere with Marketplace reviews of complaints
• Attempt to mislead Marketplace personnel

19. Enforcement

The Marketplace may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

We may:

• Remove content
• Remove product listings
• Restrict Marketplace features
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Cancel transactions
• Delay payouts
• Withhold funds where legally permitted
• Cooperate with law enforcement
• Pursue legal remedies

The Marketplace is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.

20. Reporting Violations

21. No Right to Marketplace Access

Access to the Marketplace is a privilege and not a right.

• Marketplace reputation
• Legal compliance

22. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews, ratings, comments, and other user-generated content submitted to the platform must be respectful, truthful, relevant, and written in appropriate language. Content that contains abusive, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, misleading, spam, promotional, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate material may be rejected, hidden, edited for compliance purposes, or permanently removed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines. The platform is not obligated to publish or retain any review and may moderate content to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and constructive environment for all users.

23. Changes to This Policy

The Marketplace may modify this Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Marketplace.

Continued use of Marketplace services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
