We delivery all over Nepal (in locations supported by standard logistic providers).

We strive for next-day delivery in same city purchased orders. 2-3 working days in other city delivery. In cases of natural disaster or if any emergency, it may cause a further delay, in such case you'll be notified. Note that orders that take vendor approval might take longer.

We have no cancellation charges for orders you haven't yet paid for. If you want to issues a refund for an order you have already paid for, you need to issue a refund request from the 

 page. They are handled on a case by case basis.
